Knowledgable, professional staff My wife and I went into dealership not knowing exactly what we wanted to purchase (I had a pretty good idea) - Brandon met my wife and I at the door a My wife and I went into dealership not knowing exactly what we wanted to purchase (I had a pretty good idea) - Brandon met my wife and I at the door and guided us through the process of buying a new car - Tim went online to find a car for me that was in Alabama and got the car delivered to Gallatin in a day's time - both men were very professional and very knowledgeable in what they were selling, what was available - some of the other sales staff came over to talk to us (Sheryl and Ryan) - there was no pressure to buy a specific vehicle - Brandon was very easy to talk to, explained the procedure, and when the car arrived, when over how to handle various dashboard controls, including setting the clock, typing in my address on the GPS, etc. We were thanked over and over again for our business. I was very impressed with the people I met at your dealership. We had one "glitch" but when I call Tim about it, the problem was fixed within minutes. Got Great Deal on a New Car After First Car Was Totaled I purchased a Nissan Versa from Newton Nissan a month ago now. I met with Wes and Dave at my appointment. It was the first car I ever bought on my own I purchased a Nissan Versa from Newton Nissan a month ago now. I met with Wes and Dave at my appointment. It was the first car I ever bought on my own and I was so happy! But after driving it for only two weeks, I was rear-ended in traffic and my car was totaled. Having just put down a down payment, and with the first payment coming up (which I didn't want to miss, even if the car was totaled), I was very discouraged and worried I wouldn't be able to afford another one. I made an appointment to look at cars again, and Dave was so nice and reassuring. The team at Newton Nissan got me a discount through my employer (I didn't even know that was available to me so it was awesome of them to do that) and got me a loan through Nissan with an amazing interest rate. So now I'm driving an even nicer car than before for almost the same payment. I now have a Sentra and I absolutely love it. Also Dave helped me return my rental car before the place closed at noon, so he saved me some money there! I thought they were open later and would have been charged for the rest of the weekend. Bruce in finance also offered to help me with any questions I have about the GAP insurance for the first car. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful! Thank you! More
