Tech, Mike..Service Adviser Chris and Mark Hardman Part manager. Awesome Job. it was very frustrating having to wait over 8 months for my suspension parts. But Mark told they were on back order and told me manager. Awesome Job. it was very frustrating having to wait over 8 months for my suspension parts. But Mark told they were on back order and told me DO NOT PUT AFTER MARKET STRUT/SOCKS on my 2011 MDX. Mark worked vigorously to get the parts in soon as possible. And Because of his diligence with my patience. The service dept was finally able to get the job done! Mike (tech) did a xxxx of a job with the installation. The suspension feels like a brand new MDX. Again AWESOME JOB!!! Shoutout to Tim the cars salesman (sold 7.3.21) he made the buying process extremely smooth. More

So Tim was wonderful. Extremely considerate, and worked hard to get our loan issues sorted out. Allowed us to try out a couple vehicles, and never rushed us. He always has a calm, genuine smile on his face hard to get our loan issues sorted out. Allowed us to try out a couple vehicles, and never rushed us. He always has a calm, genuine smile on his face. My problem is with their service center. There were a few scratches on the side door and I asked if they could be buffed out or fixed up before we left (as they were small). Tim assured us they could easily do so. What we got back was not what we asked for. They literally took what looked like a slightly different colored nail polish and roughly painted over the small scuffs. It literally would have looked better if I colored in only the actual scratch with a blue permanent marker. It really ruins the clean and sleek look of the car. My gf was pretty bummed about it, considering we just purchased a $22k dollar car. But I don’t even know how I could get that fixed now. So needless to say don’t ask the service center for anything cosmetic. They did at least fill the tires and re align the tight steering wheel for me. More

I was very reluctant to buy a car from a dealership..I have heard bad stories..but when I entered your business I had nothing but friendly and helpful staff to get me through the process..I have had a hor have heard bad stories..but when I entered your business I had nothing but friendly and helpful staff to get me through the process..I have had a horrible 10yrs after my wife passed and then I had cancer also..but your people did exactly what they said they would and to say the least I'll recommend your dealership to all my friends and family...thanks for all your help and kindness Sincerely Michael A Crawford I will be back next year to purchase the car I want and I'll keep this as my second vehicle More
