The are honest, fair, and want to ensure you have a good experience--and understand what the car has to offer and how to use it. Previously purchased an Outback from a different dealer in the area. My experience there was just the opposite. In fact, I didn't even know what I had in the way of features until I got my new vehicle from Shingle Springs. They took the time to go over things and make sure all questions were answered. The other dealer I purchased from couldn't wait to get done with work. Would definitely recommend Shingle Springs and purchase from them again. More

Once we had done our homework and ready to get serious the process was smooth from start to finish. Originally we spoke with Aaron which was a very nice no pressure experience. Then when we came in to make the purchase Tim was there and walked us thru the process. Obviously we had to work with Brett which was an experience in itself! He was great and very upfront with everything. Last but not least was the crash course with Claire. . . We liked her training style of which was to give info but at any time we could interrupt with a question. So glad she gave us her business card but most likely knowing that she may regret having done so. We felt like the entire experience was professional/family oriented. We have much to learn with our new Outback and welcome our new member to the family. More

The Subaru brand is well respected, but it is the local purchasing and service experience which shapes a customer's personal view. Tim, Brett and Claire represent Subaru commendably. Tim was upfront and direct in negotiations, then provided clear status on the order of our Outback 3.6. Brett walked us through the financials efficiently and coherently. The final hand-off of our car was by Claire Barnett. She introduced us to all the fancy enhancements with practical and patient instruction. She's a millennial with all the expertise, and none of the attitude. We made the drive from Davis where other dealerships are closer, but found the extra time and effort was well worth it in the exchange for great customer service. Thank you, Tim, Brett and Claire for your thoughtful and enthusiastic service and support. More

I contacted them online about the Forester I was interested in, and they called back right away, and quoted me a price over the phone before even scheduling a test drive. At the dealership there was no pressure or heavy sales tactics. They didn't have the color we wanted and found one at another dealership and set up a trade while we were in the office. The price we paid was extremely fair according to truecar.com, and we didn't even bother trying to negotiate. They also offered a fair price for the trade-in of our 2004 Pathfinder. After delivery, we got a thorough rundown and demonstration of the features. Highly recommended. More

Tim Gonzalez FAR exceeded any and all expectations when it came to finding the exact car that I was looking for and had it delivered within a few days. Wrapping up the deal with Todd Gaston... quick, easy and informative. Introduction and orientation with Claire Bennett (Heros? Save the cheerleader, save the world?)... OH! Claire Barnett (my bad)... icing on the cake. I could't be happier with my new Impreza. My first Subie and I love, love, love it!!! Did I mention that I love my new car? THANKS GUYS!!! More
