We were looking for a used truck or SUV. We had visited other dealerships that had similar models of what we found at R.C. Hill. After not hearing back from any of the other dealerships, we found an SUV th other dealerships that had similar models of what we found at R.C. Hill. After not hearing back from any of the other dealerships, we found an SUV that we were interested in online at R.C.Hill. We called to make sure it was still there and available and spoke with Jeff. He called me back 5 min later and said it was still there and available, we went to look at it that night. When we arrived the vehicle had just been washed and pulled up to the front of the building for us to see. Jeff came out and greeted us in a friendly manner, we looked over the vehicle and we then took it for a test drive. Apon arriving back at the dealership, we immediatly started to look into financing and payment options. There was never any pressure or rush. Tim the sales mgr worked very hard to get us to the payments that would work best in our budget based on our credit. The whole process took about 2 hours or so but in the end the sales staff, Jeff (our salesman), and Tim (sales mgr), were fantastic. Helped us with everything we needed and we left that night with our new (to us) vehicle. With great payments and a chance to start rebuilding our credit. More

What an amazing Dealership. My Husband and I had not bought a vehicle in almost 12 years and with 2 teenage boys now our Van was on its last leg. My experience at RC Hill was fantastic! Mike was friendly, informative, patient, and helpful. He suggested I look at the Outlander Sport, which was a vehicle that I wasn't even considering and it t friendly, informative, patient, and helpful. I have been buying cars a long long time.
