My first purchase of an Outlander was in 2004. Kristian & Barbara, the whole Service Department, have taken care of my automobile service needs with care, honesty & excellent skill. The weekend prior to my new purchase of my 2013 Outlander, I had problems with my ac & gas cap door. Seleana answered my call &, since the service department was closed, had me stop in. Troy & 2 other gentlemen took the time to assess my situation & opened the gas cap door for me so I could refuel. I work as a field nurse in Home Health Care & would not have been able to complete my assignments without their help. That act of kindness not only assisted me, it reached out to serve my patients. I brought my older car in on the following Monday, when my service appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, because further issues were occurring. "My old gal" did have over 103,000 miles on her. Kristian was very understanding. They even fit her in when their schedule opened up. He provided me with clear & fair options for her solutions. Needless to say, on Wednesday I was in to see Russell for purchase of a new car. The process was very smooth. Russell listened to me regarding my needs & preferences. He helped me choose the best car to meet those needs. Tim was very helpful in assessing my trade in, which was very fair & generous. Bob was able to explain to me the financing details of my new purchase. I had applied for preapproval with my credit union. RC Hill's staff found me a much better deal with the best coverage & easily affordable payments. The overall experience was so easy and enjoyable. The detail crew did the final touches for my new car so she drove off the lot shining. I am pleased with the newer features of my Outlander 2013. I rely on safe & comfortable transportation in my work. I truly have it. Thank you to all. More

I have been thinking about purchasing a new car for awhile but dreading it. I decided to visit the RC Mitsubishi website and fill out an application. I was called within 30 minutes by Anthony. We spoke awhile but dreading it. I decided to visit the RC Mitsubishi website and fill out an application. I was called within 30 minutes by Anthony. We spoke a few minutes about the car I would like and concerns about my credit. He reassured me to come by and he would let me know in a few minutes how it would work. Of course on my way I thought about how dreadful this was going to be and all the other negative thoughts about car buying. I showed up and he greeted me outside before I even got a chance to walk in. I give him some information and he addressed my credit concerns by getting all my information to his finanacing department before I fell in love with a car I might not get. That was great! When we got back from the test drive and decided I liked the car, he then had someone check the car I was trading in. WIthin 10 minutes my key had been returned to me. I couldn't believe these people weren't going to hold me hostage! After the quote was given to me, which was a decent quote but a little too much, I told him the amount I would be comfortable with and he was able to get within $10 of it. That was that. No more haggling or negotions. It was really simple. I filled out all my paperwork still skeptical if the car was really mine. Even in the financing office it wasn't about negotiations regarding add on services. I was asked about them but when I said yes or no we moved on. I left within 2 hours of arriving with a car wanted and a price I felt comfortable with. Has car buying really changed that much since the last time I bought a car ( 6 years ago) or what it just this place? When it's time to trade this car in I will definitely be back! More

R.C. Hill Mitsubishi and its employees were a breath of fresh air! I'm used to the high pressure (fake attitude) side of car shopping, where you're instantly swarmed by a pack of Jackal salesman trying to fresh air! I'm used to the high pressure (fake attitude) side of car shopping, where you're instantly swarmed by a pack of Jackal salesman trying to force a purchase. The experiences I have had at dealerships in the past have been quite disheartning and highly stressful. My experience at R.C. Hill was entirely different. I ended up purchasing a 2009 BMW 325i, with Russell as my salesman. He explained how the dealership does business; ie. no haggle pricing, low pressure, etc. I highly valued this method of salesmanship and in the end was extremely satisfied with the acquisition. I highly recommend this dealership and will return to R.C. Hill when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle. More

We have been working with Mike Gray since Dec. 2012 to purchase a new Outlander Sport 2013 model. Michael worked hard to give us all the information we needed to make a decision online and by telephone. W purchase a new Outlander Sport 2013 model. Michael worked hard to give us all the information we needed to make a decision online and by telephone. We live in Tampa, FL across the state and could not make the 2 Hr. trip at that time. Mike is courteous and is very knowledgeable on the Mitsubishi line of automobiles. Five months later we made contact with Mike and again he worked hard to provide us with all the information we needed to make a decision. When we arrived at the dealership Mike was waiting for us with the vehicle that we were interested in. Everything went smoothly from the test drive to the credit application to the closing. Even after the sale Mike spent a great deal of time explaining the owners manual, warranty information and vehicle controls. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike Gray or RC Hill to our family and friends it is probably the best dealership in Florida to deal with and that is why we made the 4 hr. round trip journey from Tampa. This is our second new car from RC Hill we purchased our first car in 2011 and had the same outstanding experience. If anyone is looking for a new or used vehicle RC Hill is the first place to look. More

Anthony Andolino went out of his way to accommodate our needs and requests to achieve the sale while keeping our budgetary restraints in mind. The vehicle itself was clean, well prepared, and (with all things considered) we had a SUPER experience. All of the staff was courteous, helpful, and customer oriented. I will recommend possibly a future vehicle trade and sale at your dealership for my son and daughter in law who have an abundance of money, time, and opportunity as they plan to move to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to attend college (again) and engage in possible need for snow bearing vehicle.
