The dealership went above and beyond to help me out! I was on a detail at work and my window got stuck down, I work in providence and wouldn’t be able to go to work with my window down and it was freezi I was on a detail at work and my window got stuck down, I work in providence and wouldn’t be able to go to work with my window down and it was freezing out. I called the balise because I live down the street they basically weren’t willing to help me and I tried to explain I can’t take time off work they didn’t care. I called herb chambers and they told me to bring it in and they would make sure I got to work in time. Tim was excellent the dealership fixed the problem for me in about an hour. I was so relieved that from now on I’ll drive out of my way to service the car there. I can’t recommend Herb Chambers enough. More
