Dave Paolino greeted me when I arrived at Sullivan Honda unannounced. He spent a lot of time with me even though he understood I was going to look at other cars. He was attentive to my needs and patient and thorough in answering my many questions. I never got the feeling of being pushed into a purchase as I did at other dealerships. However Dave kept in touch and always offered to address any concerns I had. He went beyond the call of duty when he engaged the manager and staff in the Parts department to make certain a new Honda CRV could accommodate my kayak carrier. I so appreciate the concern and professionalism that Dave, David (in Parts Dept) and the manager of the Parts Dept showed me which resulted in my purchase of a new CRV EX. More
