I came back to Sulliva I left Torrington Honda for one year in 2013 and leased another make of car and will never do that again, it was a nightmare. I came back to Sullivan Honda in Torrington in 2016 because I was so happy with my past experiences since 2003. I also sent my daughter to Sullivan Honda to lease her 1st car. Both my daughter and I have had a wonderful experience here at Sullivan's. We will continue to do business and we both find it like family when we come in. Dave Paolino is the best! He takes his time and is always right there with anything you need. He is such as asset to your business. Even after you lease or buy, Dave is always there to answer any of your needs. David, took care of my daughter and son in law the day before and helped them with picking out a great used 2016 CRV. While visiting the dealership, I felt very pleased with the service they provided to my daughter, later returning that evening and test driving 5 Honda Vehicles with my Fiancé before selecting a 2019 CRV. They listened to her needs and found what we were looking for without high pressure sales tactics or hidden fees. When a family purchased two cars in one day for different households says a lot. Without having to haggle or negotiate, they offered a truly discounted price that not even a local competitor could offer. We were sale # 100 and 101 for April 2019. Funny, respectful, patient, informative, and not at all pushy (other than encouraging me to get all the information I needed before making a decision) -- Dave was the opposite of your stereotypical car salesman. I walked away with a good deal on a great car, some bonus incentives thrown in, and the promise to follow up with any needs that should arise. Tim in the finance department was also fantastic. He respected that I understood the numbers and knew what I was talking about, and also was willing to slow down and go over details as needed. We caught a discrepancy between two different sets of paperwork and he made sure that everything was rectified in my favor. I will be coming back the next time we need a car (though hopefully not for a long time -- this one is in great shape!) More
