I appreciate that he steered me away from a more expensive model because he thought there were features I wouldn't be interested in. In my opinion, that is rare in a car salesperson. The whole process was easy and relaxed. He also found the color I wanted in a dealership in Vermont and got it to me by the end of the week. More
