I was very nervous walking into a car dealership because of all the things people say about "car salesman", and my past experiances with other dealerships- but that wasn't the case at Sullivan Honda. I came to be a familiar face at Sullivan with my multiple visits in my search to find the right car. I was always greeted by all staff I came in contact with, and they all seemed genuinely curious about how my car buying experiance was going. I felt safe there. I wasn't stressed out when I had to go back. There were a few cars I turned down and Mike still put the same 100% into each car I selected. I'm the type of person who spends months researching all types of cars at various dealerships before making my final selection. I even returned after my purchase (to go over something I could have found in the manual) and ate my lunch outside on the picnic table since it was such a nice day. I was approached by another salesman and we talked about my car and got to know one another which was nice. I had already made a purchase. He didn't have to spend the time he did talking to me, but that's just how those guys are. Every customer matters at Sullivan Honda. And they are a great team. I highly recommend Mike Nardi for sales. This guy knows the product line and the business inside and out! I asked a ton of questions, and he didn't skip a beat! The day we purchased the vehicle we learned it would need some parts replaced - a situation which could have turned out very negative and costly for us - but Al took care of everything (including getting us a rental car while the van was being serviced) all at no cost to us. My salesman on that day was Chris and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience meeting and talking to him. He understood my uncertainty, was totally unpushy, patient, and friendly. One month later I t old him I was ready and he came through with a car that fit my needs within 2 hours. I owned that car 2 days later!! Also dealt with Tim, who again, was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Totally pleasant experience and I feel that these guys will be there for me whenever needed.
