I felt reassured when he had me show him how to do what he had explained to me. I also appreciated his patience and knowledge and the fact that he was not pushy. He wanted to make sure that I was confident in my new car before I drove off. My nephew and his wife had dealt with Chris before and they highly recommended him. I had a wonderful experience with him and would recommend Chris and Sullivan Honda to everyone. Tim Kulla was also very helpful in explaining the warranty options etc. and he somehow managed to convince me without any pressure to spend even more money and to leave feeling good about it. He did that by telling me exactly what was covered and what was not covered. I also liked the fact that the warranty is transferrable if I sell the car to a new owner before the 8 years or 100,000 mile is up. Hope they all have a happy and healthy New Year. More

I was interested in leasing a car and he reassured me this was the best option for me. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions and made me feel like I made the right decision . I drove away loving my new Accord. Dave Paolino and Sullivan Honda both deserve a triple A rating!! More

I was not pressured at all, and Chris spent considerable time with me and never tried to rush me. Credit goes to Tim Kulla as well. Like most of us, I'm wary about car dealership Finance Directors, but Tim was honest and delivered exactly what he said he would at the price I was quoted. I would recommend this dealership and the two fellows I dealt with to anyone. More

After test driving a Subaru right before I decided to go with the Honda. Joe and the other employees worked with us and gave me a good deal. I live in Massachusetts so they had to travel kind of far to register the car and on top of that they even are going to drop the car off to me and take my trade in so I don't have to travel all the way back to Torrington. They stayed in contact with me and made sure to tell me what was going on every step of the way. I would do business with them again. More

Great First Car Buying Experience! I recently purchased a used Ford Ranger at Sullivan Honda. It is the first vehicle that I have bought from a car dealership. I showed up at the dealer I recently purchased a used Ford Ranger at Sullivan Honda. It is the first vehicle that I have bought from a car dealership. I showed up at the dealer to look at the truck and within minutes I was welcomed by some of the salesmen. They were both very nice! They let me take the truck on a couple of test drives and was able to give me all of the information they knew about the truck. When it came time to figuring out the financials, they worked hard to get best possible monthly payment for my financial situation. Signing all the papers took no time at all. And when I came to pick up the truck they had been detailed inside and out and they checked everything on the truck to make sure everything was ready to go. All around great experience at Sullivan Honda whether your buying a new or used car. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

When we walked into Sullivan Honda the Wednesday before Thanksgiving after a LONG ride between holiday traffic and construction, Chris Brennan was the When we walked into Sullivan Honda the Wednesday before Thanksgiving after a LONG ride between holiday traffic and construction, Chris Brennan was there to meet us with a big smile on his face about 15 minutes before closing. The 2008 Camry Solara I was interested in was in the garage under lights all ready to be test driven by me!!! I had gotten into an accident with my previous Solara, which was beautiful, so I was very critical of looking at another one. They told me over the phone that this car was immaculate and they were right! It was a year newer, less mileage and better riding than my last one! We negotiated a price and worked together. There was no pressure at all. There were a few "glitches" on my end while trying to register the car. They were so incredibly patient along the way and went OUT OF THEIR WAY to accommodate me. I would no doubt go back to Sullivan Honda for my next car purchase. All the guys we dealt with were awesome! Chris, Mike and Tim! Thank you soooo much! After visiting Sullivan Honda's website, several interesting choices made the hour and a half trip seem worthwhile. It was. Chris Brennan, the salesman, couldn't have been more affable, attentive and easy to work with (great guy) and he helped me find just the right car - a practically new 2015 Honda Certified Civic with ridiculously low miles, loaded with all the bells and whistles (learning all the navigation, phone and voice command features has become a fascinating new hobby). When it came time to negotiate price, Chris and the Sales Manager - Mike Nardi - were patient, no pressure and more than fair, and we quickly arrived at a figure that was exactly where I wanted to end up. Thanks to them and the Business Manager - Tim Kulla - I was able to get exactly the financing terms I was looking for, and they very ably and efficiently handled the potential "speed bumps" presented by out of state RMV and insurance issues. Easily one of my best car-buying experiences. Thanks, guys. More
