He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and intuitive about what I was really looking for. He was patient when I asked questions (some more than once) and took plenty of time demonstrating how to operate the technology used in the car. I purchased a car that wasn’t even on my radar because of my salesman Jason’s ability to translate what I was describing to him re: my needs into the vehicle that best met those needs. He also was very knowledgeable of comparable cars of other makers. He had confidence in his product. I now have confidence in it too! More

Not great Love the vehicles and financing offers but people werent great. No one available to help us view the vehicle for a while. Everyone said rhey were busy with something else. Quite odd for a car dealership. Dan dan was finally asked to helpnus. He was nice but got just about everything wrong on the Pilot features and clearly didnt know what the Elite model offered. Thank goodness I had done my research Tim had to step in a couple times. Then Dan Dan lost the keys to the new vehicle, said my wife had it ahen she didn’t and he later found them after we left with the backup key. Found them somewhere else he said. He called me the next day and told me I needed to bring a license plate back (that was evidently left in the new vehicle?). The conversation made no sense frankly. Then he called me 5 minutes later and we had the exact same conversation over again. Shen I stopped by tonget the lost key and asked about the license plate conversation he just said mever mind. Very nice man but really confused. Reggie was the one person that seemed actually engaged and was eager to help during the car key search. A bizarre car buying experience. I bought the vehicle in spite of really disorganized customer service. More
