My wife and I worked with Mike Kuhn over the phone to get the best deal. He understood our needs and what it would take to sell a vehicle we absolutely loved (2017 Highlander limited). Once we had a deal he turned us over to Bruce Markgraf. Bruce was exceptional. He took his time to make sure that all the vehicles features were gone over and ensured we were comfortable before leaving. He was a true salesman who earned our respect and will most likely earn our business in the future. Thank you Phillips Toyota for making the buying experience one to remember. More
