Shawn provided me a quote over the internet and was prompt in replying to my questions and setting up my appointment. Jason, in Finance, was also passionate about VWs and had the paperwork completed quickly. Express Service....not really Express I had an appointment with my normal salesman Tim because my Lease is ending soon. I also had to have my 30,000 mile maintenance done too. So I went I had an appointment with my normal salesman Tim because my Lease is ending soon. I also had to have my 30,000 mile maintenance done too. So I went over to service around 10am and set up my car for the "Express" service. The service guy said there were 3 cars ahead of mine. I told him that was since I was going to check the new Jetta with the salesman and get some pricing worked out. Well after about an hour I was done with sales. I figured that my car probably wasn't quite done so I waited in the lounge. Well almost 3 more hours later my car wad done. So much for EXPRESS. If I had known I would have had scheduled a regular appointment. On that note...I had called earlier in the week and I was told maintenance plans were only for Express and I couldn't schedule for regular service for that. So overall...I was pretty pissed I spent 4 hours of my day off waiting around the dealership. And in addition, the sales person didn't meet what I needed for a new lease price. More

This is my first VW car/SUV (Tiguan SEL Premium R-Line), and my first purchase (with many more to come) at North Penn. I dealt with Tim Notarianni who was highly recommended by many of my colleagues. As I found out, they all deal exclusively with him for many reasons. He is extremely knowledgeable. Tim is a "car guy" who truly knows every aspect of the cars he sells. He is organized, efficient, and honest. He is definitely NOT your typical pushy salesman. As I told Tim, he's gained a customer for life. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a VW. When it came to the financial part of the transaction, I dealt with Jason Hartman. He was also incredibly efficient, organized, and a pleasure to deal with. Jason is honest. He did not attempt to push any unnecessary packages (such as maintenance, extended warranties, pain protection, etc). I was in and out of his office in a very short amount of time. Finally, I will mention John Balassis who handles online sales. John set up my meeting with Tim. He made sure I was taken care of. Also, a very nice guy. North Penn is a small dealership which goes the extra mile for its customers. The fact that they have such incredible staff clearly proves they know what they're doing. Most of the staff has been with the dealership for many years. There is no constant churn, as in most large dealerships. My son is about to start driving, I will be back at the dealership within a couple years. As soon as my lease is over, I will switch to VW (from Mercedes) too. Well Done!!!!
