I have a hard time making major decisions, especially when it comes to car buying, but Justin worked with us patiently to find the right car for us and educate us in the leasing process. Not only Justin, but the whole team we worked with were very courteous and helpful. Toyota of Naperville is a class act! Very smooth process, once my wife and I made our decision. LOL. I think It was pure luck that we got Tim, since he was the only one working outside in this cold weather and we bumped in to him as we parked next to the building. We did not feel pressured at all, and this has made our experience very enjoyable. No dirty old dealer tricks to lure you in and try to get the most money out of you. In fact quite the opposite. At the end we felt we got a fair deal and there was no need for us to negotiate any further, and I hate negotiating, so we left the dealership very happy. Seems like a good, hard working family man. He thoroughly explained all the details of purchasing our certified used car from warranty to financing and service. Tim took his time through the entire process and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed and stayed 4 hours after he was supposed to leave for the day. Start to finish an excellent experience and Toyota of Naperville is a dealership I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. More
