He made a very stressful few months much easier by helping me in his best ability to move the process of getting a car in the fast track. There ability to be patient and communicating with me regarding every aspect of the process made me feel much more secure and confident of the choice I was making. Because of this the second time I had to get a car after an unfortunate car crash I knew exactly the person I had to contact to help me avoid more stress and headache. Tim always went far beyond what his job entitles him to do. I will forever have much gratitude towards both Tim and AJ. Thank You! Once again thank you for helping me select a car of my choice and making me feel secure along the way. I love my car and knowing I had great people helping me get to it makes me feel much more content with my Scion Tc. More

Absolutely Great Dealership...can't find anything bad to say about them.. I think It was pure luck that we got Tim, since he was the only one working outside in this cold weather and we bumped in to him as we parked next to the building. We did not feel pressured at all, and t the only one working outside in this cold weather and we bumped in to him as we parked next to the building. We did not feel pressured at all, and this has made our experience very enjoyable. No dirty old dealer tricks to lure you in and try to get the most money out of you. In fact quite the opposite. At the end we felt we got a fair deal and there was no need for us to negotiate any further, and I hate negotiating, so we left the dealership very happy. Seems like a good, hard working family man. All dealers should learn from Tim as how to treat their customers. Thanks again Tim and wish you a good year for you and your family! More
