I have made it my goal since I got in the business in 2003 to make every single person's car buying experience a VIP treatment. My main focus and what has allowed me to succeed is to listen to my clients wants and needs and not try to "sell" them a car but assist them in purchasing the right vehicle for them and their family. I have a beautiful wife Amy that has blessed me with 2 precious girls. Being a father is the most rewarding thing in my life and it is what pushes me to succeed every single day!!

Staff has been great from start to finish. Unfortunately my 2020 Silverado has been in the shop most of the time. Don’t know if I would by another Chevy after this ordeal. my 2020 Silverado has been in the shop most of the time. Don’t know if I would by another Chevy after this ordeal. More

Straight shooters, efficient & transparent process Had the pleasure of leasing a 2020 Bolt EV from Scott Johnson at Jim Butler. The dealership went to great lengths to make the sales process transparent, straightforward and efficient. Scott has great knowledge about the Bolt and even the changes for the 2020 which is impressive considering the dealership overwhelmingly sells Silverados, Equinox, and other trucks/SUVs from Chevy's line-up. Tara from finance explained everything to my satisfaction and I left very satisfied knowing I got a great deal and had my most seamless sales engagement. Tim, sales manager, was available throughout the process and followed through on the very attractive pricing I came in on. Definitely recommend you purchase from Jim Butler and work with Scott Johnson - you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't give them a chance to earn your business. More

Terrible experience I spoke with the service department about my vehicle having some motor issues. I asked if the vehicle was under any kind of warranty. Mandy the person I spoke with the service department about my vehicle having some motor issues. I asked if the vehicle was under any kind of warranty. Mandy the person I spoke to asked me what kind of issues the car was having and for my vin number so she could check on warranties. She informed me that if it was an internal issue with the motor that it would be covered. I made an appointment to have a diagnostics performed. A few days later the service manager Bill calls and informs me that there is no warranty on the vehicle. (I would’ve never had the car towed to their dealership had I known this). So I call the service department to CANCEL the diagnostic check. The person I spoke with understood what I was wanting to do and I repeatedly told her I DO NOT want this done, and I will have the vehicle towed within a few days. A few days go by and the service manager Bill calls me to inform me that they are finished with the diagnostic check that I canceled...... I told bill that I canceled that appointment and don’t feel that I’m responsible for paying for it. He very rudely tells me that I didn’t cancel the appointment and that I should have asked for him personally to cancel the appointment. So he tells me that if I can’t remember who I talked to that there is nothing he can do about it. He said he would look through their call logs to see if I made a call to cancel it. A few more days go by and I hadn’t heard from Bill so I send a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. Bill refuses to release the vehicle without payment. The tow truck company informs me of this so I call and speak to Bill. He tells me that he looked through the call logs and couldn’t find where I made the call ( I have the call in my call logs) so obviously he never checked. Then very rudely tells me that the lady I spoke to about canceling the appointment “is very good about writing things down and leaving notes” so I must be lying about this. So I asked to speak with someone else about this. He refused to let me speak with anyone else and stated that I “had reached the big guy, no ones over me, everything goes through me”. So at this point I felt it easier to give the big guy his $155.00 then to continue to argue seeing that I needed my vehicle. So overall it was a terrible experience all around from being misinformed about warranties, not having my appointment canceled, to Bill calling me at 8pm to tell me I need to remember who I talked to or I’m stuck with the bill. But Jim Butler Chevrolet made $155.00 so I guess it’s worth it to them. More
