More than expected Questions answered, concerns addressed, and everything was put out on the table so I had the overall picture. Relieved when I left and more than happy with the deal I received. When it comes to comfort and reliance on making sure the deal was done right, I highly recommend these guys. John was an amazing salesman who knew Every detail of the vehicle I was purchasing. Spot check him all you want he responded with a smile and knew what he was talking about, you can’t put a price on reliance when it comes to spending your hard earned money. Mike and Tim in the management department set aside time to speak with me personally and assure me that I could take all the time I wanted to earn my business. They were tactful and informative in all aspects of our deal. Did I mention this place had a ton of people coming and going and these managers were out there putting forth their best to greet and assure their dealership was a step above the completion.. I’ve bought multiple the trucks from this location and will continue to do so. More

Scott Johnson at Jim Butler did an amazing job at finding me the perfect truck at a great price. They actually did not have the exact truck I wanted so Scott had one brought in. The whole process was easy and quick. I normally do not leave many reviews, but my experience was well above expectations. More

Took way too long I bought my car from this dealer 2.5 years ago. I loved my sales team!!! I recently made an appt for a transmission check (under warranty) and an oil I bought my car from this dealer 2.5 years ago. I loved my sales team!!! I recently made an appt for a transmission check (under warranty) and an oil change. Not only were they extremely backed up, they did not tell me they couldn’t look at the transmission due to it not being a nissan certified repair facility. I made the appt online and they could’ve told me that ahead of time so I didn’t make a special trip out there. I was waiting for 2 hours before I went to ask for some updates (no one ever said anything to me before this) and it was still being worked on and they asked me to wait 20 more minutes. After another hour went by I started to become agitated. I spoke to 3 different service advisors before someone could get me an answer and help me. It’s absolutely ridiculous to wait that long with an appointment for a tire plug and oil change. I will not return nor will I recommend. More

Another Wonderful Jim Butler Experience! Jim Butler sales associates are undoubtedly the most honest and knowledgeable car salesmen and women that I have ever dealt with. That being said, the people they have scheduling the service appointments are TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told that they would not get to my Equinox for a day or two because they were "backed up". Needless to say I was shocked by this and the flimsy excuses did not help. More
