We meet again This is becoming ridiculous! Never in my life have I known more incompetent people. I ask for help 4 times in a span of a year about my truck and get This is becoming ridiculous! Never in my life have I known more incompetent people. I ask for help 4 times in a span of a year about my truck and get ZERO HELP AND ZERO CORRESPONDENCE!!! Not having been back since to this atrocious dealership, I have received calls and text for someone else's issues being remedied. I can't be too upset about it, because it has provided be ample opportunity to vent my completely reasonable frustrations to you on this platform. If history tells me anything though, is that it will be met with the same deafened ears as my past issues. More

Transmission service Very pleased with Tammy, Tim and the rest of the service staff. They had to rebuild the transmission in my 2500 heavy duty. Disappointed in GM overal Very pleased with Tammy, Tim and the rest of the service staff. They had to rebuild the transmission in my 2500 heavy duty. Disappointed in GM overall, as this is the second rebuild and less than six months. Really think GM should have replaced the transmission; however, that wasn’t their decision. Star‘s service department is very good and they do very well at communicating with the customer. More
