They keep their word!! I bought a new vehicle from star. A month after my purchase, when speaking to my salesman, he realized the alignment was not performed and immediately I bought a new vehicle from star. Noise in Front End of 2015 GMC Terrain On 3 occasions I have brought my Terrain in for a noise in front end and it still has not been resolved.
