So I found this place on accident when looking for a car. I thought they were in my state but they were located in Arizona. I bought a 2013 Maserati GranTurismo from this dealership in September. At my request, Tim did a full inspection of the car, gave me a detailed description, drove it, recorded a video showing how the engine and transmission perform, and checked for any damage. Everything he told me turned out to be 100% accurate — I got exactly the car I was expecting. I purchased the vehicle completely online, without visiting the dealership, and this was my first time trusting a seller that much. Tim proved to be an honest, professional person who truly cares about quality, not just making a quick sale. The dealership and Tim both deserve 10 out of 10. I have been looking for a particular car for months and finally found it, online, at Benz and Beemers. The problem, I thought, was that I was in Mississippi and it was in Arizona. The moment I connected with Tim Smith and let him know my situation, I was cared for as any VIP customer would expect. He sent a full 360 hand shot video of the car, he talked about the pros and the cons and worked with me every step of the way to assure me that it was what I was looking for. They got the best financing for me and provided a quality warranty that I could use wherever i was driving the car. I can definitely see why they have so frequently been rated the best in the state. To be honest, this process has connected me with dealerships all across the country and no one has surpassed my experience there. The car was delivered as promised, it was as beautiful and clean as Tim showed me and led me to expect. The3 day guarantee gave me peace of mind to be able to give it a real test drive and, unfortunately, as a very tall woman, I found that it just was not the right fit. There was not one moment of hesitation or concern when I said I would need to return it. I found a delivery company and it was so smooth, unbelievable. I’m in search for another car to replace that one and Tim remains my partner in the process. He has a better idea of what i need and has suggested many options to me. We weren't buying the most expensive unit on the lot but were treated liked we were. Tim Smith was awesome and went through every detail of vehicle and process.
