He pulled numbers, had a vehicle to show based on my previous purchase, and had me in and out in no time. Not only did he make it easy, he treated me like an old friend. Awesomeness Louis and Tim were outstanding. Louis and I started talking through text and what type of car I was looking for and all of that fun stuff. He didn't Louis and Tim were outstanding. Louis and I started talking through text and what type of car I was looking for and all of that fun stuff. He didn't stop until he found what I could afford and what I was looking for in a vehicle. When I got to the dealership, Louis was with another customer, so Tim helped me until Louis could join us. Not only did the both exceed my expectations of customer service with myself but also with my 8 year old grandson. I absolutely loved to watch the interaction between them and Elijah(my grandson). Both Louis and Tim walked me through all the paperwork on the vehicle that I ended up going with and all of the gadgets on the inside of the car. They did not push me into something that I couldn't afford which is a BIG PLUS with me. My finance lady Jennifer was amazing as well, she also walked me through all the finance portion and explained everything. The dealership itself was very clean and everyone was very friendly. The only thing, I think they need to get a snack and pop vending machine :) Overall, top rating, would definitely recommend Klaben to others. This is the fourth car we have bought from this dealership and we have always been happy with the outcome. Everyone is more than happy to help in every step of the process.
