The car was in excellent condition and the salesman, Tim Sterling, is an awesome, informative, friendly and non-pressure salesman. After test driving the car, I was very much interested in the car. Once Tim informed of the benefits of the Ford CPO program and the 2.9% financing, I was sold. Although the car had been priced higher, I was able to purchase the vehicle at a price (4th reduction in price) that I felt was a very good deal for the features and additional technology packages included in the vehicle. The price was so good, I didn't feel the need to negotiate the final asking price. Tim showed me the additional services, repairs and new items placed on the car to meet Ford's strict CPO program guidelines, a $1,600 value if I were to have had the work done. Tim followed up with a text a week later to ensure all was well and to see if I had any questions. I have saved that text and I am fairly confident if I texted him a question, he would kind enough to respond. Kristine Klaben handled the finance paperwork in a friendly and efficient manner. All total, I think it took me 2.5 hours to drive away with my new looking 2017 used car. I would definitely buy another car at Klaben Ford and when I buy my next car, I will definitely look at their inventory first. More

One clunk generates exactly at 6 mph from start up and Took Explorer XLT for routine oil change and tire rotation and 2 other service related issues. One clunk generates exactly at 6 mph from start up and the other issue is a shutter/vibration between 16 and 24 mph under load. After keeping the truck for 1 week neither of the issues were fixed or at least a viable explanation of the problem. More

We were a little pressed for time at delivery, so Matthew and Tim came to our house to make certain that we were comfortable with the MKC's features and accessories. We were given a fair value on trade for our 1 year-old BMW 330i xDrive, loaded with every package and almost every option. The car was without blemish and had only 1,200 miles. The financial portion of the purchase was a pleasant experience. Christine Klaben asked us if we had received a refund for our unused extended warranty on our previous Lincoln MKZ. Christine developed the paperwork to request our refund. Pleasant and friendly people at every step, doing whatever was needed to make the process of purchasing a vehicle a very positive experience.
