I needed a bigger car. Therefore, I went to Carl Black to see what they had on the lot! Will introduced himself and I told him what I was looking for! At that time, they didn’t have anything on the lot that see what they had on the lot! Will introduced himself and I told him what I was looking for! At that time, they didn’t have anything on the lot that met my needs. However, Will went above and beyond to find the car that I wanted! He reached out to me about a Volvo! I was definitely interested! He picked up the car for me and drove it to the Hiram location from another Carl black location. When I came to look at the car, he was very knowledgeable about the car and explained everything to me. ( I wasn’t used to all the fancy gadgets) He took his time and was very patient! When it was time for the deal! I didn’t feel pressured at all. The deal was smooth and fast! Straight to the point. I was in and out with the car I always wanted and at a great deal!
