These guys were fantastic! Joe, my sales-dude was great. He is new, and you can tell he's going to be good at this. Management was easy to work with. They knew where I wanted to be (price), I knew what they could do, and we met and an area that everyone won. Their other young sales guy, Liam, was also a breath of fresh air. He gave up his time to assist Joe and I on the delivery of my CX-5, and was really helpful in helping this Gen-xer in getting his phone callibrated to the car. Bree (spelling?) and Russ were great to talk to while I waited for things to get wrapped up. I talked to the GM, Tim, right before he headed out for the day. You can tell this place is on the right path with him at the helm. And last but not least, Jeff in finance made everything fast and simple. He was aware of my history in the business and didn't keep me in the box forever which I truly appreciate. I will be telling everyone I can about this wonderful buying experience! This is just a side note/observation...It was somewhat disturbing that while I was talking to Ray about the car I was interested in, another sales associate, Liam, basically interruped us and wanted his customer to drive the car that I was talking to Ray about purchasing. I didn't think that was very professional on Liam's part. Ray, on the other hand, handled the situation very professionally. More
