Michael O’Brien is a great salesman to work with. He was very knowledgeable of the Mazda CX-30 that we purchased. I went and met with them, test drove the car I wanted, and told them what I wanted to the most detail. Usually dealerships push us to get what they have instead of what we want. But John and team gave an and told them what I wanted to the most detail. Usually dealerships push us to get what they have instead of what we want. But John and team gave an honest effort to find the exact trim and package we wanted and got it fast within couple of days. The trade in and delivery of the car was mostly smooth for a busy day. I have been a Byers-Mazda customer since 2012. I just traded in my 2018 Mazda 3 HB for an upgrade to a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. Leasing this time and John Bechtel was my sales person. He is extreme traded in my 2018 Mazda 3 HB for an upgrade to a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. Leasing this time and John Bechtel was my sales person. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I always feel comfortable working with Mazda because I never feel like I'm being pushed by a sales rep or being lied to by service or being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I appreciate their honesty, friendliness, knowledge, and transparency. I am on my third Mazda vehicle and my experience gets better each time!
