I have been a Byers-Mazda customer since 2012. I just traded in my 2018 Mazda 3 HB for an upgrade to a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. Leasing this time and John Bechtel was my sales person. He is extreme traded in my 2018 Mazda 3 HB for an upgrade to a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. Leasing this time and John Bechtel was my sales person. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I always feel comfortable working with Mazda because I never feel like I'm being pushed by a sales rep or being lied to by service or being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I appreciate their honesty, friendliness, knowledge, and transparency. I am on my third Mazda vehicle and my experience gets better each time! Thankful for my new ride and I hope I enjoy leasing this time. So far my new ride is everything I wanted and more :) Looking forward to seeing what Mazda has next for me in three years! Car buying is never a “fun” experience. I had been driving the same Mazda 3 for 13 years so it was time for a nee car! Thomas absolutely wonderful. Easy peasy! No pressure. Friendly sales staff. Our salesman, John Bechtel, was very informative and helpful. He was instrumental in our decision to buy a Mazda and especially to buy it from Byers. The sales manager, Tim Waddell, was also pleasant to deal with. Instead of the typical confrontational negotiation, it was more like a discussion between friends. Also, Jeff Hutchinson in finance, was very friendly and efficient. He had all the paperwork resolved in no time at all. I recommend Byer's Mazda to anyone in the market for a new automobile. More

However, when I bought my new car, I received great info about my new car, a thorough going-over the features while sitting in the driver's seat, and I drove away a very happy customer.
