Michael O’Brien is a great salesman to work with. He was very knowledgeable of the Mazda CX-30 that we purchased. I went and met with them, test drove the car I wanted, and told them what I wanted to the most detail. Usually dealerships push us to get what they have instead of what we want. But John and team gave an and told them what I wanted to the most detail. Usually dealerships push us to get what they have instead of what we want. I have been a Byers-Mazda customer since 2012. I just traded in my 2018 Mazda 3 HB for an upgrade to a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. Leasing this time and John Bechtel was my sales person. I always feel comfortable working with Mazda because I never feel like I'm being pushed by a sales rep or being lied to by service or being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I appreciate their honesty, friendliness, knowledge, and transparency. I am on my third Mazda vehicle and my experience gets better each time!
