Took in a 21 high country 3500hd for a knocking noise with an extended warranty purchased at James wood. Service writer called and stated I need to pay $6,000 dollars just to see what is wrong and refuse with an extended warranty purchased at James wood. Service writer called and stated I need to pay $6,000 dollars just to see what is wrong and refused to call the warranty company until I do so. I picked my truck up took it to another dealership that 100 percent took care of me the right way. More

Tim was great to work with. But the service from James Wood / the Tom Clark Auto Park is not up to standard. I just think we are a number for the last 5 or so years. Service department manager will tell you what ever just to not help you. I have rush under my NEW 2025 2500 HD. All they said was GM would not make the part if they did not think / trust it would last. I have never had rust from day one on any 15 plus trucks over the years. Very sad!!! More

The last time I took my Chevy in, their car wash caught my front license plate and bent it 90 degrees, pointing straight out in front of the vehicle. When I came in for my oil change, they admitted that th my front license plate and bent it 90 degrees, pointing straight out in front of the vehicle. When I came in for my oil change, they admitted that their car wash may have been the culprit. They promised to fix it while they had the car. They did not. Over An hour and a half for an oil change seems excessive. But to their credit, they did let me know when I walked in that it might take that long. Wished they had let me know that information before I drove to their service center. More
