I've been here at klaben 1 year ago and purchased a 2020 charger scat pack and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The sales rep was so straight forward but negotiable that I boarded a flight charger scat pack and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The sales rep was so straight forward but negotiable that I boarded a flight from NY just to complete my purchase and drive my new car back to NY. Unfortunately, my car was one of many which was flood totalled in the Ida storm that hit the Eastern Coastline. I contacted my trusted Klaben dealership and yes again had great service from start (ordering the car to spec through Klaben to Dodge), confir.ing delivery to Klaben, flew again to Akron OH and yes, drove back to NY. I would most definitely make my next purchase (Ram 2500) through Klaben and drive the heck out of it back to NY. Thanks Klaben for everything. Dealer was able to give a a good trade value for my old vehicle and fair price on new truck. They made sure that options was added to the new truck so I could take vehicle home that day.
