That changed last week when Tim met my 16 year old son and me as walk ins, helped find us a car that met both of our concerns and hopes and got us well in our budget without haggling or hassles.I told him our bottom line and he and his finance manager immediately got to their bottom line making this one of the most pleasant car purchase experiences I've ever had.
