Tatiana is first class lady that exceeds professional standards and has a keen ability to make the customer feel like family. She follows up with phone calls to ensure 100% satisfaction. No hidden costs, no misunderstandings, sneaky sales tactics. Honest and dependable from start to finish. As long as she’s at the dealership I’ll be buying cars from her. Doug, who helped me with my trade-in, is a true gentleman whom explained every detail about the trade in process. Tim Chestnut, the BMW “Genius” made sure I knew every feature of my new vehicle (and he follows up with emails and texts!). Valentina, my service rep (I wasn’t even there for service!) went out of her way to thank me for purchasing a new vehicle and offered assistance with any questions I may have had. Lastly, “Caz” from finance walked me painlessly through the entire finance process with zero pressure to purchase warranties etc. A true gentleman and genuine nice guy. Our salesperson, NayCo We came in to look at a used convertible but realized it was not the right fit for our lives, and changed to a 5 series sedan. Our salesperson, NayColle, was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the 3 and 5 series, without being technical. We told her exactly the color combination we wanted, price point, and she found it and let us know about it in one week. We appreciated the one price methodology for used car pricing, as it is not tiring. The delivery process was thorough and professional (loved the touch screen signing process!), training on the new car was excellent, we are very happy. Thank you Caz, NayColle, and Tim.
