However what sets BMW apart, at least to me , is the responsiveness and feel of the car. Above and beyond the drive is the exceptional experience I receive while at the Sarasota dealership. In all honesty the reason I’m a loyal and repeat customer is because of Emilio and the introduction to his team of Jack , Abby, and Tim Chestnut the Service Genius. They really go the extra mile to make us feel special More

Best Car Dealer I’ve Ever Worked With I recently bought my fourth car through BMW of Sarasota. To put it simply, I wouldn’t even think of going anyplace else. The entire staff sets the ba I recently bought my fourth car through BMW of Sarasota. To put it simply, I wouldn’t even think of going anyplace else. The entire staff sets the bar high for all other local luxury car dealers. Tatiana is first class lady that exceeds professional standards and has a keen ability to make the customer feel like family. She follows up with phone calls to ensure 100% satisfaction. No hidden costs, no misunderstandings, sneaky sales tactics. Honest and dependable from start to finish. As long as she’s at the dealership I’ll be buying cars from her. Doug, who helped me with my trade-in, is a true gentleman whom explained every detail about the trade in process. Tim Chestnut, the BMW “Genius” made sure I knew every feature of my new vehicle (and he follows up with emails and texts!). Valentina, my service rep (I wasn’t even there for service!) went out of her way to thank me for purchasing a new vehicle and offered assistance with any questions I may have had. Lastly, “Caz” from finance walked me painlessly through the entire finance process with zero pressure to purchase warranties etc. A true gentleman and genuine nice guy. As a return customer the finance process was completed in no time. Because of the fabulous staff at BMW of Sarasota I’m a customer for life. Oh yeah, the cars are pretty good, too! More
