Dont waste your time calling this dealer between sales man & manager no one know what their doing. l called this morning about 10am because l had seen a 2018 ct6 preowned on their website , spoke to sale man & manager no one know what their doing. l called this morning about 10am because l had seen a 2018 ct6 preowned on their website , spoke to sales man Tom told him l would like to come down and see/ drive car, he checked website or what ever this dealer checks to make sure car is there and for sale, so he gets back on phone yes car is here when would you like to come in ,l replied l'm in Babylon give me 1hr I'll be there but please make sure car is not packed in snow so we car drive it he says no it's not, ok see you in hour, l get there probably about hr later walk tell receptionist l'm here to see Tom about a preowned Cadillac, see calls him he come walking over and tells me car has been sold,l looked at him and said you didn't know this when l called no answer so l asked for GM of dealer l young man comes over l tell him what took place, his reply was there's someone in preowned office now maybe they just bought it, with that he turns around and asks a gentleman standing next to him when did car sell the man replay ed yesterday. after that he walked away and so did never to return again. Established a relationship with one sales person on phone. Made appointment to see car at dealer. Was passed off to another sales person. Was expecting to deal with one person. Dealership does not look phone. Made appointment to see car at dealer. Was passed off to another sales person. Was expecting to deal with one person. Dealership does not look or act like a Luxury Dealership. I was upgrading to the top of the line for GM and I felt like I had walked into a budget used car dealership. Arrived to pick up New CX5 at prearranged time 0900. Two day after purchase. Was told it would mot be ready till 11:30. Told to sit and wait in the showroom during Covid! Poor customer service. Spoke with GM who we informed of the problem. Stated it was the Salesmen's fault and there was nothing that could be done. After we started to walk out. They offered to delivery the car later that afternoon. Would not use this dealer again. Is not customer. Service focused or luxury in anyway! More
