I sincerely apologize for the length of time it took to complete the repairs on your vehicle. Repairs of this nature must be handled by a Hyundai-certified technician who is specifically trained and qualified for this level of work, and scheduling accordingly can sometimes extend the timeline. It is never our intention for any guest to leave dissatisfied. I completely understand your frustration, especially after the time your vehicle spent at an independent shop before being referred to us as well. Processing warranty claims on 10-year-old, high-mileage vehicles requires significant time, attention, and coordination — and I’m pleased that our team was ultimately able to complete the necessary repairs and get you back on the road with a running vehicle — with Hyundai covering the bulk of the costs.
