Circle BMW Service exceeded my expectations, I was initially told that the part for the drive train wouldn't be in till the end of July. Service Director, Bob Datri worked his magic and got the car ba initially told that the part for the drive train wouldn't be in till the end of July. We always have our cars serviced at CIRCLE BMW because the pricing may be a bit higher but not high enough to go to an outside mechanic. We're talking about $10, $25, not like Mercedes that charges $240 for an oil change. And everything is OEM and the tech are knowledgeable, up to date, and HONEST. Same goes for the Service Advisors. Honesty, compassion, integrity, this is CIRCLE BMW. I turned my husband, very early on and he hasn't had anything other in more than 15 years.
