I loved the fact that the staff was not pushy or judgmental. Tina was great; she is so kind and very knowledgeable. She made me feel confident that I will be leaving with a car that best suited me and my budget that day, and I did. I felt very comfortable talking with Tina about what I wanted in a car and concerns I had with my credit, I felt like I was talking to a friend not a car sales associate. I financed a gorgeous used Buick with low miles well below market value. The best part about my experience was that I wasn’t treated any differently for having less than perfect credit and not buying a Volvo. Tina has even followed up with me a few times to see how I am doing after purchasing the vehicle which most cars associates do not do. It was definitely worth the hour and a half drive. Car dealerships near me lack everything Prestige Volvo’s staff has to offer. I applaud Tina, Irene, Ron, Jake, and all of the staff at Prestige Volvo for all the time, dedication, knowledge, and respect that they give to their customers. More

After contacting Tina Bilokin she reassured me by sending videos and answering any questions I had. A week later my wife and myself took the short trip from Long Island to New Jersey to purchase the car. The car was everything and more that Tina had promised. The dealership was beautiful and Tina and her co-workers were amazing and made the transaction the smoothest I have ever had. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the near future. More

I was in the market for a well equipped low mileage XC90 R-Design and had done a thorough and exhaustive search of all available XC90s within a 500 mile radius of my home in upstate New York. I am EXTREMELY particular and, through the course of my search for the right SUV, became very knowledgeable about the product and its true market value. Over the past couple of months I had communicated with over a half dozen dealerships throughout the Northeast, including dealerships in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. Although most of the salespeople were fairly pleasant, the salespeople at Prestige Volvo were by far the most pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable. Given that I was traveling quite a distance to purchase the SUV sight unseen, I was very apprehensive. Tina could sense this and, without me asking, took it upon herself to send me any and all information available including videos she had taken in response to my questions. She clearly knew a great deal about the vehicle and its features. Even though she is probably very busy, she always got back to me in a timely manner and I never felt rushed when we were communicating. When I arrived at the dealership yesterday to take delivery of the SUV, it was even better than described. It was prepped to perfection and looked like it just came off the factory line. Pat Masone quickly processed the paperwork and answered all my questions. Tina then schooled me on the vehicle's features and astounded me with her knowledge and proficiency. I have purchased many cars over the years and my experience with Tina and Prestige Volvo ranks number one. Thank you for your time, your assistance and selling me a great SUV at a great price. I have searched for about 9 months and wavered between wanting to do it and not wanting to. Debated around 18 models, but when I first walked into the dealership, I was put to ease right away. Dealership first off is beautifully done, very modern and very spiff clean. I feel like the same applies to the employees, they all reflect their building well. The way they treat you is similar! They all greet you with smiles, saying hi, opening doors for you, really feel like first class service. Ken was quick to greet me, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Came in to look at one vehicle I saw online but found better in the lot so went with that. Ken follows up well and is very helpful and isn't pushy, definitely not the stereotypical salesman. He is confident in himself and is very fair and straightforward. Very transparent, honestly the only nervousness I felt was that this felt too good to be true. Everything was really easy, first visit to test drive and discuss. On second visit, about 30 minutes to process finances and paperwork and I was off. Car has been running beautifully and the dealership's logos are super classy, feels great so far! Huge investment as my first big purchase, but I don't feel any remorse at all! Ask for Ken! Irene Garris was the "gatekeeper": courteously serving as pleasant and efficient forwarder of my inquiries and calls. Tina Bilokin (2nd or 3rd time she served as my "Internet" sales person) could not have handled things more expeditiously or more graciously. Last but not least, kudos to Finance person Jake Hughes, who solved what could have been a problem with creativity and aplomb. Congrats to them all. More

But it is not a bad thing, because during the half of the year after the sale was completed, my experience is more than satisfactory. Mr.Landstrom is super nice, frank and amicable. Even after the sale, he is always available when I have questions about my car. Since this is my first car and I did asked him a lot of questions. I might send him an email or text message during his non-work time, which I really don't expect him to reply immediately, but he always replies even he's having a break. He is more like a friend and I really appreciate that. More

I contacted Prestige through email, Tina helped me. She was extremely pleasant to coordinate with. When I came into the dealership I met Vin, who took the time to walk me through the vehicle that I was interested in – – an S 90 sedan. He careful he went through all the options (2017 amd 2018) and when he didn’t have the information at his fingertips, he obtained it for me. I then found out but I had a connection to Matt Haiken, who was a pleasure to deal with and assisted in the actual lease transaction. He walked me through specific vehicles, pricing options, and made sure that I got the best deal available. And the deal was fantastic. When I went to pick up the car, the entire process was well run, professional, and at no point did I feel like I was getting a “sales job“. I was very comfortable throughout. In the past, I walked out of other dealerships feeling like I was being played. Without hesitation, I can say that this was the opposite experience and probably the single best car buying experience I have had. More

Re-Leased a new XC60, great experience with little hassle! Tina Bilokin, our sales consultant, is awesome. This is our second lease with her and she is very knowledgeable and through about the XC70 lease that Tina Bilokin, our sales consultant, is awesome. This is our second lease with her and she is very knowledgeable and through about the XC70 lease that we returned as well as the new lease on the XC60. She gave us a number of options (lease buyout vs new lease XC90 vs new lease XC60) and we got honest advice (pros/cons) about each option. She explains the cars well and is very adept at dealing with our specific needs (e.g. we needed a rack for our new XC60). Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Prestige Volvo to anyone looking for a solid, safe family car or a really nice, modern SUV (XC90)! I hope that one day Volvo will make an XC90 Pickup Truck ;) More
