Ron Landstrom not only took the time to really LISTEN to what my needs were, but his "service after sale" was more complete than I've ever experienced. He spent over an hour making sure I was happy, knowledgeable, comfortable with my New Volvo S90. I can't say enough great things about him. I purchase many high end vehicles, and I have never experienced such a high level of customer service, friendliness, thoughtfulness, responsiveness, knowledge and communication as Tina was able to deliver. I worked with Tina over the phone and via email for around 10 days to get up to speed on XC90s and ultimately select a vehicle that was perfect for my family. Tina was also instrumental in diligencing my trade and helping to get top dollar for it. While several unfortunate personal circumstances forced me to put the purchase on hold, Tina was unbelievably understanding and helpful with the situation. If you are in the market for a new or preowned Volvo, please do yourself a favor and contract Tina Bilokin at Prestige Volvo before you call anyone else - you will not be disappointed! I certainly plan to head back to Prestige for all of my Volvo purchases going forward. I also want to mention that Irene Garris, Ariel Mucci and Jake (finance) were also spectacular to deal with! Guilty leaving my old Volvo Dealership but it was WORTH IT! I went with the intentions just to look at a car I had noticed online, leave and go to my normal dealer to see the car I was sure I was going to get. I went with the intentions just to look at a car I had noticed online, leave and go to my normal dealer to see the car I was sure I was going to get. Well it didn't go as planned, I left with an entirely different car that I LOVE! My sales associate Tina was so knowledgeable, made a suggestion, she couldn't have been more right. The entire experience was so welcoming and friendly that although I felt guilty not going to my normal guy (at another Volvo dealership), Tina will be the lady I go to from now on. Thank you so much for the AMAZING costumer service, friendly smile and kindness to my family during the process of getting a new car. Pat was so great to get me where I wanted to be with Financing. Alex showed concern to make sure that the paperwork flowed smoothly and final details were taken care of for our purchase. We already have had service done on the car , and we were pleased with the service department. Considering we have a black Volvo which is difficult to keep clean, it 's wonderful to pick up our car after service and have it spotless as a result of an expert washing! More

Tina Bilokin contacted me promptly, answered all my questions and emailed me a very detailed "walk-around" video describing the car. I found it really useful that video focused on a few blemishes and scratches - things I would not have noticed myself. I made an appointment to test-drive the car. When I arrived, the car was ready - and it was exactly as described. Tina accompanied me on a drive, she was great - very knowledgeable, honest and zero pressure. I made a decision to buy 2 minutes into a test drive. Tina worked with the Sales Manager - Craig Melquist - to get me an even better deal. I asked them to see if they could match AAA rate on financing. Well, instead of matching, they beat the finance rate by more than 1% thanks to Craig's efforts. I traded in my car and picked up S60 on the same day. I cannot imagine a better experience buying a car. When my lease on my other Volvo ends, I am definitely going back to Prestige Volvo to get the next car. It is always a pleasure to deal with honest and professional people. More
