We had a older 94 dodge to trade in. They gave us a fair trade in value and a good price for the 2015 infiniti. We tried to purchase this type of car at a different dealership.... as a mater of fact, it had about 1500 more miles on it. And yet... Prestige Volvo gave us a better deal. They really wanted our business. Had a long chat with Matthew Haiken, the owner of Prestige Volve, and discover that my dad had purchased 2 cars from them in the past. We love our new Volvo XC90! We went into Prestige Volvo looking to buy the all new 2016 Volvo XC90. We did our research and homework ahead of time and found the exact vehicle we We went into Prestige Volvo looking to buy the all new 2016 Volvo XC90. We did our research and homework ahead of time and found the exact vehicle we were looking for was located at the Prestige Volvo dealership so we headed over. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by friendly staff and introduced to Ron Landstrom, who would be our salesman. From the very beginning, he was honest and patient with us and did not resemble at all, the stereotypical "car salesman". He took us over to view the vehicle we were interested in and then answered all of our questions and concerns while we sat down to crunch numbers. In the meantime, my husband and I were drooling over the beautiful fully loaded model in the showroom. We ended up falling in love with that one instead and made a deal. Ron was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him and the entire Prestige Volvo team. He has since followed up with us numerous times to ensure we are enjoying our new vehicle and to answer any questions we may have. When I took the car in to have accessories installed, he was there to answer my questions and make sure I had a loaner car ready and available. The sales person Tina knew everything about the car from top to bottom. She knew every setting and was so patient with my endless questions. I tried to absorb everything she told me but if I missed something I'm sure she will be willing to go over it again. I got a great price and no pressure at all to buy something extra like my last time with buying at another dealership. The car was ready when promised and the paperwork was quick and I even got a loan below what I was told when I signed the deal. Outstanding customer service ! It was a challenge for all of us due to the fact that I live in MA and we had to follow rules for both states. Jennifer assisted with all the documentation to get plates and registration. Hector was available for pickup at the airport and the service department was available to make sure my vehicle was in in tip top condition.
