Had to bring car for reservice for something that was supposed to be taken care of back in December. Previos service agent (Tim) was horrible. However, the service agent assigned this time (Tina) was ex supposed to be taken care of back in December. Previos service agent (Tim) was horrible. However, the service agent assigned this time (Tina) was excellent and went out of her way to fix my car and finish the job Tim neglected. Much better this time around! More
