I sent an email to the keeper of the Pearly Gates to admit Scott McElveen upon his request. This is only partial payment for what I put this young 1st class professional thru. I'm sure he feels like he's been to xxxx and back after dealing with this cranky old man. After purchasing automobiles for the past 60+ years, one becomes a little jaded when walking into a dealership. Scott greeted my wife and me with a genuine smile on his face. I asked for a couple of brochures and left wanting to visit other stores. After 2 - 3 weeks we were back and there was Scott with his smile. Then we got down to business, picking the model Lexus we lusted over. Scott with NO (0) pressure stayed with us during this time until we finally found the right auto. During this period, I believe we met the entire management team. Everyone was candid, honest, straight forward and a pleasure to do business with. You asked a question and received a straight answer. Al considered, this was a enjoyable experience, one of the better ones in my years of buying autos. I can recommend this dealership as a friendly, no pressure, honest place to shop.
