The dealership is convenient for me as I work in Urbana but live in Decatur. So it's great to have them as an option to get my car serviced even though I didn't by my Highlander there. Todd was my advisor, and he’s getting five stars for two reasons: for one, he was easy to talk to (not a given when otherwise talking technical “car” things), and he decided not to charge me for something h reasons: for one, he was easy to talk to (not a given when otherwise talking technical “car” things), and he decided not to charge me for something he deemed a simple fix. Understand I’m not suggesting that this business always gives out freebies, but I can speak to my one experience: Todd saw me as a human being who needed a little help, and help I would have actually paid for. Instead, he surprised me by fixing the issue without cost. More
