Easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Billy was amazing. There was never any pressure put on me, and everything that I asked of them was taken care of with no grief whatsoever. We visited numerous dealerships looking for a car and DeWayne Williams and Mazda was by far the most helpful! I HATE buying a car the last time I bought a car it took 6 hours on a Saturday when I alread DeWayne Williams and Mazda was by far the most helpful! I HATE buying a car the last time I bought a car it took 6 hours on a Saturday when I already knew what car I wanted, this took under an hour! DeWayne was definitely on top of everything. Then I met Todd Mayers in the F&I department thinking here it comes now its going to get bad, to my surprise he was ready for me, explained everything clearly and concisely, and I felt was actually honest with what options I needed rather than just trying to upsell me. Dewayne, Todd, and Mazda will definitely be the first place I go when looking for any future cars. I just want to say Thank you to them. More

The customer service at this dealership is pretty good, especially the sales team. The lobby wait time for new car buyers is something that can still be improved. I worked with Billy Mansel and he made the entire process so easy. He made sure i had all the proper paperwork etc. My new car was washed, gassed up and ready to drive off the lot.
