Fabulous experience Met Will in the parking lot and he was great. I knew what I wanted and he never pushed me or tried to get me to buy a more expensive car. In reality, Met Will in the parking lot and he was great. I knew what I wanted and he never pushed me or tried to get me to buy a more expensive car. In reality, he did everything he could to get me the car I wanted for the lowest price possible. He introduced me to the people I needed to deal with in the business office and in the service department. He answered all of my questions. Explained how everything worked and even tossed in a phone charger for my iPhone. He made it clear that if I had any questions or concerns after the sale to contact him personally and he would take care of it. He really made it a good experience. More

A Mixed Bag - the 'Devil in the Details' Taylor Frey, salesman was cordial and efficient. Taylor worked from my 'must haves' and 'druthers' lists and quickly found two candidates. Since I Taylor Frey, salesman was cordial and efficient. Taylor worked from my 'must haves' and 'druthers' lists and quickly found two candidates. Since I was shopping for a used car, it was/is important that some measure of warranty is included. Both candidates were 'Certified Pre-Owned' cars, and as such have been 'declared/inspected to meet this certification. Manufacturer warranty covers for 36 months / 36,000 miles. There is unresolved confusion as to time limitation remaining; When asked, Salesman stated the car was 'born' 11/30/2108 which would leave approximately 28 months remaining. Carfax states the vehicle shipped to Alabama 08/14/2018 which would leave 24 months remaining coverage. Carfax warranty further states that there is 18 months remaining.... There was an open (not completed) recall listed on the car when delivered. Either coincidentally or because I inquired about the open recall issue with Mazda, the recall item was completed after a trip back to the dealership within two or three days of my call to the manufacturer.. I can only give a partial score at this time. The salesman did a very good job. As for recommending this dealership, I'll give a tentative yes. I can better answer after a history is developed. More

Car purchase I made 3 visits to Med Center. The first 2 Mr. Frey gave us lots of info including driving the car. The 3rd visit we bought the CX5. Mr. Frey spent ov I made 3 visits to Med Center. I am very pleased with my car and how Mr. Frey helped us through the process. More
