great service WOW!!!! Where do i start. From the moment i walked into Headquarter Honda i was greeted by Todd Mcclellan in the service department who is by far one WOW!!!! Where do i start. From the moment i walked into Headquarter Honda i was greeted by Todd Mcclellan in the service department who is by far one of the warmest most knowledgeable person that i have ever met in a car dealership, very welcoming and kind. Todd personally picked out a gentleman to help me get started on the car buying process. He walked us over to a man named John Shelling who was also very kind , i believe he was the manager, we sat down and he asked me a few questions didnt beat around the bush at all and was very attentive the entire process made it a point to check on us. He then brought us to a man named Mike Janhangir. This man is AMAZING. someone was watching over us when they paired us up with these men. From start to finish this experience was the best ive ever had at a car dealership. Mike spent most of the day with us and i cant rave enough about him. He listened to every single word we said and really go to know our wants and needs. By the time we were done talking he walked us out to the first car that he wanted us to see and little did we know we wernt going to look at any other cars. This was the car we were going to walk out with. He found the Perfect car on the first try. This man was so patient and did every single thing he could to get us in this car.He was not pushy and for me that was a really big thing. He actually seemed like he cared. Through out the entire service John would peak his head in and check on us which was refreshing that he was following up to make sure we felt comfortable and everything was going smooth. Mike made us feel more than comfortable, by the time we left he almost felt like family. Before i walked in i was really nervous because i know that most places you go they try and rip you off or think you are stupid and know nothing about cars. This was such an amazing experience i will never go anywhere else. Thank you Honda for having such honest people on your team. More

Todd took excellent care of my needs. The last thing I want from a mechanic or service department is to feel like I’m being sold to. Fantastic Customer Service Mr. TODD MCCLELLAN diagnosed the problem with my CRV quickly, as he had dealt with the same problem once in the past and remembered it. I had been to Mr. TODD MCCLELLAN diagnosed the problem with my CRV quickly, as he had dealt with the same problem once in the past and remembered it. I had been to Ocala Honda (where it was prurchased new) three times and to Leesburg Honda twice and neither one could find the transmission problem. I am so glad I simply stopped at Headquarter Honda and the issue was diagnosed right then, and it was repaired and available for pick up the next day. I was blown away with how efficient and friendly your staff was. I have owned many Honda products, including motorcycles, and am so pleased my issue was resolved. Todd even arranged a rental car for me so I could get back to The Villages where I live. Fellow golfers here are going to hear about this fine treatment too. THANK YOU TODD !!
