It was obvious from the moment we decided to actually purchase a car that all that mattered was the sale and making money. Despite it being a Saturday they only had 3 finance people (1 of whom was tr purchase a car that all that mattered was the sale and making money. Despite it being a Saturday they only had 3 finance people (1 of whom was training) to handle the customers of over 15 sales people. We waited well over an hour, probably closer to two, to even begin the finance paperwork, and then once we got into the finance office, it was clear Jill had not looked over our paperwork. She tried to tell us our payment was going to be significantly more than it was, because she didn’t pay attention to the fact that we were putting money down. Additionally, she tried to sell us additional warranties and coverage without being upfront about the cost. Furthermore, something called IKON was added to our sales contract without it being discussed with us by our Isaiah. Due to the fact that financing took so long, we were unable to go through the features of the far, as we had a newborn we had to get home to, so he could be fed. This resulted in me having questions about my remote start, which I couldn’t figure out, and my texts and voicemails were not returned. Eventually I figured out the remote start from a friend who had also recently purchased a 2026 Rogue. Isaiah also said he would follow up with me on Monday regarding the My Nissan app and that never happened. I haven’t been able to utilize the app at all because there was an issue and I haven’t been waiting over a week to hear back from Nissan customer service. Overall, the experience was not a good one. Car salesmen and dealerships get a bad rap because of the behavior and attitudes of places like Suntrup Nissan. More

This deal was done mostly with a concierge service. The first car selected and picked up had undisclosed hail damage. The problem was resolved quickly and the car replaced with another new car. Again, a concierge service handled the interaction until I went in to sign. The sales manager, in his role to correct the initial car problem was exceptional. That said, the fact that a damaged car could be presented and driven off the lot by the customer without disclosure shows at least a lack of good processes. The idea of using a service to find and negotiate a car was meant to keep me out of the dealership and off the phone. As you can imagine, the resolution of the problem had the opposite effect. More
