I bought my first car from Todd when I was in high school. Over the last 32 years, I've purchased at least 10 cars. Those that were purchased through a dealer, have been exclusively through Suntrup. He is an awesome guy and really takes care of his customers. Over those years, we've had a coupe issues come up and he was always there to ensure that I was taken care of and addressed those problems quickly and professionally. I've got 2 more cars within the next few years to purchase (kids first cars) and they WILL be purchased through Todd. Beyond that, I'll replace my wifes car along with mine one more time. By the time those wear out, I'll probably be too old to drive. And, of course I'll buy them from Suntrup. More

Suntrup Nissan gave me a fair trade in value and a fair purchase price on my new (used) vehicle. I was treated with respect; like my time and money was appreciated. Dylan is a great salesman. I had an extremely great experience at Suntrup Nissan, especially working with Oz Osman! I got the devastating news on a Wednesday that my beloved 2012 Nissan Altima was on its last leg. Although it wasn' especially working with Oz Osman! I got the devastating news on a Wednesday that my beloved 2012 Nissan Altima was on its last leg. Although it wasn't the news I wanted to hear, I had a great experience in the service department which lead me to look for a new car at Suntrup Nissan (also wanted to stay in the Nissan family). I stumbled upon Oz while picking up my old Altima and it was honestly the perfect match! Not only was Oz extremely polite and welcoming, but he was also extremely patient with my very picky taste in cars on a tight budget. He took into consideration everything that I told him I was looking for and gave the best suggestions on cars based on my wants and needs. He never once pushed me to buy something at any point. I was at Suntrup Nissan four days in a row looking for the perfect car, and Oz was always so helpful and ready to help me! I talked to other sales people at other dealerships and even went to test drive a car at another dealer, but one thing that kept me going back to Suntrup Nissan was the feeling that they truly cared and wanted to help you in any way that they could, without making you feel like they were just trying to sale a car. Once I eventually found the perfect car, everyone was so helpful with finalizing everything and making the process seamless. Once I purchased my car I thought that meant that the work with Oz was done, but he told me that if I ever needed anything or had questions or concerns that I could always give him a call! Even with getting in to the service department, which shows the care that the team at Suntrup Nissan has for their customers! Oz went above and beyond for me from start to finish and im so happy that I was able to work with him! I'd highly recommend anyone that I know to Suntrup Nissan, and especially to work with Oz Osman!!! More

I had the best experience with Aaron & Todd— who I believe was a manager. I know most salespeople are good at customer service but these two were amazing. I arrived to this dealer after leaving another one (All -Star Jeep) with whom I had a bad experience! I thought I was going to drive 2 hours home empty handed. I thought I’d reach out to Suntrup Nissan about another vehicle I was interested in. I can’t explain how happy I am that I did! Not only did I end up with a vehicle I like better than the one I drove here for initially, they made me remember there all still really wonderful people in the world! Thank you Aaron!! More
