Bad customer service. Kept my car for way too long to tell me they scanned it and couldn’t find anything. Just lazy mechanics now a days. Told them exactly what was wrong, that I hit something and it turned my radar. Doesn’t take a computer to tell them that. Got my tires rotated as well, wheel feels stiff, it pulls and now whenever I go up an incline driveway or over speed bumps there is a rattling or clunking noise from the rear, maybe the axle. Go get ripped off somewhere else, you won’t be disappointed avoiding this place. More

They always keep the vehicle for over a week, my last visit the mechanics took liberty of using the paper towel roll I buy for my vehicle, after using half a roll without my permission, they left the dir visit the mechanics took liberty of using the paper towel roll I buy for my vehicle, after using half a roll without my permission, they left the dirty paper towel in my vehicle balled up. Lack of communication I bought my New truck 3 weeks ago. A part was missing back door panel loose new one had to be ordered and there is a knocking sound coming from under I bought my New truck 3 weeks ago. A part was missing back door panel loose new one had to be ordered and there is a knocking sound coming from under my hood. I was contacted by Ms Barker on Monday and she assured me that she would keep me posted and get this resolved i actually felt good going into this. well its Friday ive left several message and no return call. I then was told that my calls needed to be referred to management. Horrible customer service. I contact ford and was told to take it to another dealership to get this knocking sound duplicated. Called another dealership they are happy to look at my truck for me to try to get this resolved being that ive only had this New truck for 3 weeks and 7 of those days was in the shop. So disappointed i heard such good things about planet ford in humble. More

After encountering previously unknown issues with my truck right after purchasing it, I was starting to worry if I had made the right choice in truck, dealership purchase. I finally recieved a response truck right after purchasing it, I was starting to worry if I had made the right choice in truck, dealership purchase. I finally recieved a response from Lorena Barker and she made everything going forward super smooth! She worked with me to get the repairs addressed and finished quickly. She turned my initial exerience with this dealership completely 180 degrees and I am very grateful to her. Thank you, Lorena! More
