They damaged my 2000 wheels and said they would reimburse me and have not. Ive been waiting for 3 months now and they don't care to take responsibility. The porter there ended up using degreaser and made th me and have not. Ive been waiting for 3 months now and they don't care to take responsibility. The porter there ended up using degreaser and made the chrome fade away and it has permanently damaged the wheels. Ive been going here for years so I assumed there was loyalty but since the previous managers have left the place has gone downhill and they discriminate against non GM cars and owners. More

No nonsense dealership. They had the car I wanted at a very fair price. They found me the financing I needed, and had me on the road fast. I brought my vehicle in for a transmission issue. After the tech put 50 miles on my car he decided it was the motor mounts. I leave the dealership and it was doing the same issue. I called the next day and was asked to go on a test drive with the mechanic. I show up at 7:30 am as instructed. I'm then told the tech isn't in till after 9. I had to be at work. From the 1st day I dropped my car off, I was told the service manager was going to look into it. However, I was lied to being that the service manager had left the dealership the previous week. Then every service writer I delt with was no longer employed with the dealership. Now I'm trying to find a dealership with a good transmission mechanic to service my car. I have placed several calls to the dealership to discuss this, but 2 weeks later, no one has yet to call. I also have yet to receive the paperwork for the repairs. I was told it'll be mailed to me... I'm still waiting on the paperwork, along with my call back...VERY DISAPPOINTED More

Bobby and his team are the ones to see if you need a vehicle. We had gone to several dealerships and always felt pressured to sign our lives away. Walking into Tasca in wheeling was a completely differe vehicle. We had gone to several dealerships and always felt pressured to sign our lives away.
