I had some specific requests and, when he was unable to provide a an answer to a question, he’d call me back in a flash. Bottom Line - I trusted that Tom had my best interests in mind. If I had to purchase/lease another Cadillac tomorrow, it would go nowhere else but Heritage using Tom Capps as my rep. More
