I had also been gathering information on the Honda CR-V and after my second visit back to Toyota, and meeting again with Tom, I felt very confident that I was making the correct choice and love the Rav4. I would recommend Tom to anyone who is buying or leasing a Toyota. He was one of the very best in sales I have encountered, was most pleasant, and so willing to answer phone calls, questions and so happy to have him as my salesperson. I especially liked that there was no pressure whatsoever, just excellent information and knowledge, patient explaining. More

Excellent Purchasing Experience Before my visit to your dealership, I bought another new vehicle from a dealer the previous month. When all was said and done, I was very comfortable with my purchase price, the negotiations and the fact I new much more about the vehicle and after market selections that I made. This was an extremely different from my experience with the other dealership. Had there been any high pressure sales during any portion of the negotiations I would have walked out the door. Instead of pressure, both Tom and Jessica gave me a great insight into what I was purchasing and made recommendations based on my preferences. The whole process and the people involved made buying the Tundra more of a pleasure than something I've dreaded so much in the past. You've made me a return customer for sure. In turn, he helped us obtain a reasonable, affordable monthly price. He was also able to get us a good deal on our trade-in. We trust Tom very much because of his honesty and integrity.
