He was the only sales agent to attempt selling a car to me, which I declined. He asked me if he can call me every now and then to check if I have changed my mind, which I agreed. Since then, he called me every 3 or 6 months even though I always said no to his offer. Finally, yesterday, I drove home a Corolla S Plus which I bought through him after a lengthy and patient negotiation. Tom's dedication to me as his customer is one for the books. I will copy his model in doing my business. It is a testimony to the corporate culture that Toyota of Naperville stands for. More

I w Toyota/Scion of Naperville made purchasing my first, brand-new car a smooth experience. As a younger consumer, I was attracted to the Scion brand. I was looking for a very specific car--a limited edition, 2014 Scion tC monogram series in black. Tom Clancy was instrumental in obtaining my tC. Tom was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He explained to me all of the benefits and features of the tC and provided me with meaningful information regarding financing. Any time I called Tom with a question, he always returned my phone calls and answered all of my questions. He made me feel very comfortable--I did not feel pressured; instead, I felt like Tom facilitated my purchase by providing me with all of the information to make an informed decision. Also, Tod Craft was very helpful---he was very down to earth and made me feel very comfortable; I did not feel pressured. Besides having great customer service, Toyota/Scion of Naperville runs a great business. Suha Oner helped me with the financing. He was very friendly, professional, and straightforward. Overall, I had a very positive car buying experience and would highly recommend Toyota/Scion of Naperville to any prospective customer, especially first-time car buyers! They provide first-rate customer service and have an excellent reputation! More
