I have been with Toyota faithfully and happily since 2007. I started at Atlantic Toyota mostly due to Timothy Keehner in service; then, I switched to Advantage Toyota because they offered lots of great 2007. I started at Atlantic Toyota mostly due to Timothy Keehner in service; then, I switched to Advantage Toyota because they offered lots of great incentives. They matched me with Basil Rabie. He was great! Upfront, honest, fair--a real staunch negotiator, funny, kind, helpful and accommodating. I started going there from that point forward mostly because of the ethics that Basil brings to the table. He's fast, efficient, smart and delivers on his promise. Unfortunately, Basil was on vacation when my Highlander was ready for pick up. I said I would only do the deal if Basil got the commission. They said, oh well, we'll help you instead. I insisted on waiting till he returned from vacation and they gave me a hard time. In particular Ross Finkelstein --yes I spelled it right Ross like you told me to on the complaint ;-)--who's surley, cold, sneaky, evasive and generally uncooperative. Next on the list: Shermica Malcom, a veteran supposedly for 23 plus or minus years at Toyota. She yelled at me when I stook up for Basil, see management and he had some differences and he was essentially blackballed on two deals that I put together with Basil on Tuesday! I was upset. I called Basil to find out what was going on at the encouragement of one Mr. Finkelstein. He dared me to call him; so , I did. He said he hadn't checked in with Toyota because he was on vacation. However, last night, Basil had promised me he'd call first thing in the morning though he was not technically allowed to complete the transaction I started with him. I put $200 down Tuesday night on a pearl white with gray interior Highlander for 36 mo lease at $483/mo for my two impoverished brothers to share--Merry Christmas!; and, $500 down the prior week on a metallic silver Highlander with gray interior for me. Shermica yelled at me and pointed her pen at me in a private room like a red headed step child! Out of sight of the cameras in an office. She had combative body language and voice. She said Basil was going to get in big trouble because of me! I said if they jeopardized him I'd tell corporate. She said if Basil goes to her party that she'll kick him out! Immature and vindictive, unprofessional all around. They said fine. I Where do I start with Tom Coppola? Making reference to the cameras. Ross called me irrational because I wanted my money back. I told them I wanted the car released to Atlantic. He said fine then re-negged. Ross stared me down and called me ma'am. unreal disrespect. I was going to buy a Prius, lease tw count them TWO Highlanders. I said calmly but firmly that I would walk if Basil didn't get the deal. They said and I quote "no problem." Forget these guys don't waste your time. Poor Basil. More

This is my 2nd car in 2 years. The Manager Tom Coppola was excellent the 1st time, and the reason I came back a second time. I will continue to come back and refer others there as a result. Toyota's are g was excellent the 1st time, and the reason I came back a second time. I will continue to come back and refer others there as a result. Toyota's are great cars, when you add great customer service, you have a winning combination. This was the same excellent service from Jerome Robinson who assisted me as well. That day I came in after work to look at new deals and it was raining, not only did Tom and Jerome got me in a new car, but Jerome was in the rain assisting me and another customer with a smile and urgency as it was late. The Sales team are Excellent, I have seen others in action. The finance dept. Frank was great that night. The staff that detailed wash the car 2 days after because i could not stay was excellent I am Very Disappointed with Service department or policy. I left the dealership after 8:30pm. Because of the lateness, rain and i ordered the remote starter And alarm $ 1500, i had to come back the next day to get it installed, which is understandable. My trade in car had wheel locks and a roof rack that needed to be transferred to my new car. Being that it was raining heavily, and after 8:30pm that could not have been done. When I came the next day to have the $1500 add on purchase installed, I was informed by the service department that they could not transfer the wheel locks or the roof rack without charging me for it. Yes, I bought a new car the night before, bought an additional $1500 in accessories to be installed and now I am outside taking off the wheel locks and the roof rack myself because i cannot understand how 1 department, the sales team is excellent with customer service and you have a service department out for nickels and dime refusing to complete the buying experience. I will take my service needs to Plaza auto mall in Brooklyn. Keep up the great work sales team. Advantage Toyota, Please work on and emphasize customer service in the policies and interaction on Service side of the business. It is not the service person Andy's fault, it is a reflection of how the service department it is managed and their policies that seems to go against Toyota's values. Thats how businesses start losing customers on the service side. Even 2 days after I purchased the car, the deal is signed and done, Tom C. and Jerome R. gave me their time, attention and focus to make my car buying experience the best. More

I brought my vehicle in for service todayat 10:40 am and after being there for 2 hours I was told my keys couldn't be found to bring my car inside to be serviced. So a representative asked me to walk with after being there for 2 hours I was told my keys couldn't be found to bring my car inside to be serviced. So a representative asked me to walk with them to my car to see if the keys were inside but after walking the entire dealership my car was no where to be found. The representative that was assisting me Margie Bonel did everything she could and left no stone unturned to try and locate my vehicle and keys. After an hour she informed the service manager Frantz Casimir that my car couldn't be found and he nonchalantly told her to call the police. After being informed of the situation he never left his office to come to speak to me or even inquire about what was being done to find my car i had to ask to go in his office and speak to him and he told me the same thing to call the police. I was infuriated at how uninterested he was about them losing my car. While in his office a porter comes in and says that my car was found at enterprise rental car .. How do you lose a whole car is my question.. I don't feel that Mr. Casimir treated this situation properly and didn't show any concern when his service center gave my car away without verifying it was the correct vehicle. I don't feel that I was compensated properly for all the inconvenience that this situation caused. I literally was there from 10:40 am until 4:30 pm UNACCEPTABLE! It will not be returning to this service center again. More

The service department was very crowded as I arrived yet they were able to get my car in Right away. The service department said they would call when my car was finished, but to be there by 4:00 because the they were able to get my car in Right away. I did not receive a phone call, but headed over anyway to pick up my car and it was ready within 5 minutes of my arrival. Everything was expedited in a timely manner. More
